The theme for this week is "modify". Frankly, I was a bit stumped at first, and somehow my mind turned to body modification. Odd, especially since I have no tattoos or piercings (at present).

It's been a couple of weeks since I last did Illustration Friday....
Since I am on vacation, there is no excuse this week.

I haven't posted in a bit, so I thought I add this little thing I whipped up for a Type Battle over at Typophile

The battle is to create a book cover under the folowing parameters: click the link on their site that directs you to a random Wikipedia page, which wil become the title of the book. Then, search the Google-hosted archive of Life magazine photos for your title.

Obviously, mine was "Stack Cake". A lot of the other posts over there are really amazing. And, it was a lot of fun, too.
